The Gainsborough Team is here to make your life easier, by giving you high quality office
facilities with a wide range of support services so you can run your business more efficiently.
All offices are furnished with the highest quality furniture - each workstation includes a
desk, chair, pedestal & filing unit - and are fully heated and air-conditioned. Each has
multiple floor access points for power, network and telephone connection allowing you to lay out your
office just as you wish.
Full maintenance is included covering daily cleaning, which takes place after 6pm allowing you
an uninterrupted working day, decoration and any necessary structural maintenance, removing some of the
major worries of a regular leasehold or freehold office
24 hour, security controlled access allows you to come and go as you wish. We allocate
one key and proximity card per workstation.
A fully maintained kitchen is available to all Gainsborough Business Centre clients where tea
and coffee are freely available for your staff and guests - we even have spare cups and glasses should you
need them.
For special meetings we have various meeting, conference and boardrooms available on a permanent
or as-needed basis. You can hire them whenever you wish, for as long as you wish whether it's for a
day or just an hour. In this way, you avoid paying for space you don't use when you can simply hire
one of our boardrooms - at very competitive rates.
